the room was very nice. it had a his and hers sink and a great shower. the pool areas are lovely and there were many of them.
i did feel the bar staff were a little slow sometimes.

My superior double room had two extra-wide double beds. The bathroom included a tub and a large walk-in shower. Double sinks were very convenient. The staff kept everything super clean.
The gym hours were not ideal. It was closed during parts of the morning.

Zizzo and Ahmed were great with service, always bringing exactly what i wanted. They were so friendly and polite. Oussama played all of the games with me. Staff were very friendly all around. They let me feed and hang out with the stray cats here. It was nice.
The mini bar contained only water. The pool lacked tiles in some areas. You must get your own drinks during the day. Eating around the pool is not permitted.

The hotel is a twenty-minute taxi ride to the medina or a twenty-five minute courtesy shuttle bus trip. The surrounding area offers no opportunities for off-site walks due to its isolated setting. This setting provides a very quiet and calm atmosphere.

The staff at the snack bar and main bar are helpful. Reception staff are knowledgeable and can exchange money. The animation team creates a unique vibe every day. This team organizes sports, dancing, and water games.

The food is very good throughout the week. The cakes available are amazing. Cocktails were very good. The variety at the buffet is superb and includes great food for all tastes and preferences.

thin wallsfood poisoning
the room walls were paper thin, I could hear EVERYTHING. i thought my neighbors were being loud but it was the walls themself, AWFUL. also, i got food poisoning at the snack bar and felt sick all night.

mixed experience with some service issues
poor servicemissing labels
the drinks service at the buffet was a real problem it was often hard to get anyone's attention to order anything i would often just grab drinks from the lobby bar and bring them in myself it shouldn't be like that there weren't enough staff around and it felt chaotic the food also wasn't labelled properly i nearly ate a tuna pizza thinking it was chicken that could be dangerous for people with allergies
