a few issues NEEDED fixing
thin wallsfood poisoning
the room walls were paper thin, I could hear EVERYTHING. i thought my neighbors were being loud but it was the walls themself, AWFUL. also, i got food poisoning at the snack bar and felt sick all night.

mixed experience with some service issues
poor servicemissing labels
the drinks service at the buffet was a real problem it was often hard to get anyone's attention to order anything i would often just grab drinks from the lobby bar and bring them in myself it shouldn't be like that there weren't enough staff around and it felt chaotic the food also wasn't labelled properly i nearly ate a tuna pizza thinking it was chicken that could be dangerous for people with allergies

the swim up room was really nice. it had an iron and board and a tv with english channels. the fridge was stocked daily with milk and water.
bees are near the snack bar. it was a little slow getting served there.
